History Record Checks are now required for the following groups:
- ALL RN/LPN Exam or
Endorsement applicants, and 1st time CNA applicants
- any RN, LPN & CNA expiring in
June, 2010
- any RN, LPN, or CNA listed as
NON-RENEWED for more than one year after the last expiration
