APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To be eligible for the NCLEX-RN examination
you must:
Complete satisfactorily and meet all
requirements for a degree or diploma from:
1. A registered nursing education
program approved by the Board; or
2. A registered nursing education
program in any other state that the Board finds substantially equivalent
to the program in this State.
3. Meet the Spoken English
testing requirement if from Puerto Rico
4. Complete the following separate
applications:

History Record Check
-
Declaration
of Primary State of Residence

NCLEX Candidate Bulletin
