On                      , the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene amended Regulations .01—.03, and .09, repealed Regulations .04 and .08, amended and recodified existing Regulations .05—.07 to be Regulations .04—.06, and recodified existing Regulations .10 and .11 to be Regulations .07 and .08 under COMAR 10.27.07 Practice of the Nurse Practitioner.
This action, which was proposed for adoption in 42:19 Md. R. 1236—1237 (September 18, 2015), has been adopted as proposed.
